Four Striders travelled to Hadleigh in Suffolk for a 10 mile race.
Jason Praill (71.12) led home the white and yellow vests with Janet Hill (85.08), Dan Clow (89.03) and Jane Forrester (94.55) all coping admirably with the hilly course and wet conditions.
