53-12 in Colchester are sponsoring the North Essex League and are offering discount to club members - the more races you enter the larger the discount. 10% to all club members, 12½% for completing 4 of the 6 races and 15% for all 6
53-12 JUNIOR LEAGUE 2007
- Race start time of 10.15 am
- Race distances approx. 2K
- Minimum age 8 – please do not allow any child under this age to run. It is the responsibility of the a runner's club and not race organisers to police the minimum age.
- Prizes for first 5 boys and 5 girls across 3 age groups: Under 10, Under 13, Under 16.
- Ages as at 1st October 2007.
- All ages run together
- 15-year olds may take part in the Junior OR Senior race, but NOT both races on the same day.

Mid Essex LeagueThe new scoring arrangement for the Mid Essex League.
This season, instead of adding the Ladies and the men’s team scores together, there will be two separate team championships., a Ladies and a men’s. The team scorers will be 7 men including 2 Vets and 4 Ladies including one Vet. ( A Vet is anyone 40+)
